We offer products and features powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning. These Al Products are designed for AI insights and machine learning models. All personal data processed by Al Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice.

We retain your personal information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law — and in no case longer than six (6) months past the start of the idle period of your account.

Seller GSTIN, bank details, and inventory data are stored encrypted in AWS Mumbai servers and shared only with RBI-approved payment gateways.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your information. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

You can delete your account via your Profile & Settings. We may delay deletion in the event of pending grievances, claims, or shipments. Deleted data may be retained in anonymised form for analytical and research purposes.

We may share your personal information with the following categories of third parties:

• Ad networks and affiliate marketing programs
• Payment processors and finance & accounting tools
• Order fulfilment and logistics service providers
• Cloud computing and data storage providers
• Data analytics and performance monitoring tools

We use Google Maps Platform APIs to retrieve location information when you make location-specific requests. Location data is cached on your device for up to six (6) months. You may revoke consent at any time by contacting us.

You have the following rights over your personal data:

• Withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — does not affect prior lawful processing

• Delete your account via Profile & Settings (we may retain some information to prevent fraud or comply with law)
• Manage cookies via your browser settings — disabling cookies may affect some platform features

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, please contact us immediately.
