1. Delivery Coverage

Studeaze currently delivers to locations within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Certain pin codes or regions may be excluded from delivery coverage due to logistical constraints. Availability will be confirmed at checkout.

Studeaze partners with verified Store Partners, sellers, and trusted logistics service providers to fulfil all deliveries.

2. Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically processed within 15–20 minutes from order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local deliveries: 25–40 minutes
  • Remote locations: 40–60 minutes

For SecuRe Buy orders, delivery timelines remain the same unless specified otherwise at checkout.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond Studeaze's reasonable control (courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events).

3. Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout and are based on your delivery location.

Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotional periods, as indicated on the platform.

If delivery fails due to the customer's unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges payable by the customer.

Refusal of delivery without a valid reason may result in deduction of shipping charges from any applicable refund.

4. Order Tracking & Receipt

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or through the Studeaze platform. Tracking information is dependent on updates from the logistics partner and may not reflect real-time movement at all stages.

At delivery:

  • Inspect the package for visible damage before accepting delivery.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photographs/videos).
  • For SecuRe Buy orders, the condition at delivery serves as the baseline for future return assessments.

The courier will attempt delivery up to two (2) times. After that, the order may be returned to the seller or made available for self-pickup (if applicable).

5. Delays & Exceptions

Studeaze is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • Transportation disruptions or strikes
  • Government restrictions or curfews
  • Technical failures by logistics partners

In case of significant delays, Studeaze will notify the customer and provide options for cancellation, rescheduling, or store credit.
