Return Policy

1. Standard Returns & Cancellations

Before Dispatch:

Orders may be cancelled without any cancellation fee if the request is made before the product has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact our support team through the Studeaze platform, email, or helpline with your order details.

After Dispatch:

Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return (see eligibility below). Refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason may result in deduction of shipping charges from the refund amount.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a return request via the Studeaze platform.
  2. Provide clear evidence (photographs/videos) of the issue, if applicable.
  3. Pack the product securely to avoid damage in transit.
  4. Hand over the product to the assigned delivery representative or ship it to the designated store-partner address as instructed.

2. SecuRe Buy Returns

Returns under the SecuRe Buy option follow a separate process:

  • The return must be initiated and completed on the scheduled return date (or rescheduled date as allowed under SecuRe Buy Terms).
  • Refunds are credited based on the Condition Tiers & Refund Amounts outlined in the SecuRe Buy Terms & Conditions.
  • Books failing to meet the minimum condition requirements may be eligible for partial or zero buyback as determined by Studeaze's assessment.
  • If you fail to return within four (4) days of the scheduled return date, the purchase is treated as a normal sale — the instant buyback amount is forfeited.

3. Eligibility Conditions

You may return an item only if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery.
  • It is purchased under the SecuRe Buy option and is being returned on the scheduled return date.
  • You have received the wrong product.

Return window:

  • Damaged / defective / wrong products: request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • SecuRe Buy: initiated and completed on the scheduled return date.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed and credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer.
  • SecuRe Buy refunds follow separate Condition Tiers as specified in the SecuRe Buy Terms.

In case of a dispute regarding return eligibility or refund amount, Studeaze will mediate and make the final determination. Studeaze's decision shall be final and binding.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Digital products, e-books, or downloadable content
  • Stationery, consumables, or hygiene-related products
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
