Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: How do I track my order?

Open My Orders and tap an order to see live status and progress. Once dispatched, you will also receive updates as your delivery moves.

Q2: Where is my payment / transaction ID?

On My Orders, each paid order shows a Payment reference (Razorpay transaction ID). Tap to copy it and share with support for payment or refund queries.

Q3: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery via the Studeaze platform and provide photographs/videos showing the issue. Our team will review and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

Q3: How does the SecuRe Buy option work?

With SecuRe Buy, you can purchase eligible books and pre-schedule a return date for an instant buyback amount. Refunds are credited based on the Condition Tiers specified in our Terms & Conditions.

Q4: Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no cost. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may be eligible for a return depending on the item type.

Q5: How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Separate timelines apply for SecuRe Buy.

Q6: Do you offer international shipping?

No, Studeaze currently ships only within India.

Q7: I'm a seller. How can I get help with my account or inventory?

Registered sellers can reach our dedicated Seller Support Team at support@studeaze.in for onboarding assistance, inventory management help, and issue resolution.

Q8: What happens if I miss my SecuRe Buy return date?

If you fail to return the book within four (4) days of the scheduled return date, the purchase will be treated as a normal sale and you will no longer be eligible for the instant buyback amount.

Q9: What if I need help outside support hours?

You can still email us or raise a support ticket through the platform at any time. Our team will review your request when support hours resume.
